Beyond Boundaries' engaging and interactive programming is adaptable to most any location, whether in a conference room, classroom, or outside on a challenge course. Participants develop greater awareness of group dynamics, discover effective communication and solution-finding skills, and commit to new practices in their everyday setting. Assessment tools are used to create a customized program to match desired outcomes. Services range from one-hour presentations to multi-day workshops with periodic follow-up.

The Challenge Course

Discover together the solution of teamwork using the Beyond Boundaries Challenge Course. This popular program choice includes a variety of outdoor, group initiatives constructed of beams, ropes and cable. Providing endless team-building opportunities, participants face seemingly impossible challenges and discover what it really takes to work as one.

Beyond Boundaries' staff facilitate each challenge and monitor safety. The focus is on enhancing teamwork, not dramatic physical feats. The day is adapted to the make-up of the group and each person chooses his or her level of participation. Ages 8 to 80 have spent a day on the challenge course. Safety is the top priority.  The Beyond Boundaries program requires that each participant sign a Release Form prior to participation.
