More and more, businesses and organizations of all kinds are recognizing that their employees are their most valuable resource. Porter-Starke Services stands ready to help them strengthen that resource through the development of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and enhance its value through organizational development and team-building programs. Emergency Outreach services are also available to assist businesses and communities during times of tragedy.

• Our Employee Assistance Program provides businesses large and small with a full range of services designed to resolve problems and keep employees healthy and productive. An EAP is a cost-effective employee benefit that can save any business time and money. 

• Beyond Boundaries, our experientially based training and development program, designs interactive sessions and workshops that help strengthen relationships within businesses and organizations, contributing to a more powerful and productive environment.

• Porter-Starke's “Lunch & Learn” series are FREE monthly educational seminars featuring informative and practical topics for the general public as well as clinicians and educators. Lunch & Learns will take place on the third Tuesday of each month at rotating locations (Valparaiso, Portage and Knox, Indiana).  The Mental Health Association proudly sponsors the series and offers 1.5 Continuing Education Credits for $5.00each.
