  • Can I still pay my bill in person at a Porter-Starke Services location? Yes you can. Online Bill Pay is just an additional option. Cash, check, and credit card payments are accepted at all of our service locations.
  • Can I use a debit card? Yes, as long as the card can be used as a credit card.
  • Where can I find my account number? Your account number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your statement. Click here for an sample statement.
  • Why do I have to enter my account information each time I submit a payment? For security purposes our system does not store personal information including credit card and client account numbers.
  • When will my payment post to my Porter-Starke Services account? Your payment will post to your account the next business day.
  • When will my payment post to my credit card account? The transaction is processed immediately.
  • Is there a charge to pay my bill electronically using Online Bill Pay? No, this feature is free of charge, a value added convenience for you!
  • I have multiple accounts. Can I make a single payment to be applied to multiple accounts? No. For privacy reasons we are only able to collect payment for one account. 
  • I can not afford to pay my account in full right now. Can I make a partial payment? Yes. Please contact Client Financial Services at 219.476.4547 for more information.
