Residential Services

LIFE House a men's residential facility is staffed around the clock, seven days a week to provide individualized services for men transitioning into or out of different levels of restrictive living. LIFE House, which stands for Learning Independence For Everyday is geared to provide shelter and services for residents for up to two years, the residents attend day programming, attain employment or do volunteer work according to their plan of care. Family involvement and participation is encouraged. The residents learn basic skills to live independently, as well as medication management and interpersonal skills development.

Greenwich House is a program owned and operated by Christian Community Action, a local provider partner of Porter-Starke Services, Inc. The program is a residential program specifically for women facing the challenge of mental illness. As with LIFE House, the residents are required to take part in a treatment program of Adult Day Treatment and Case Management.
