South County Alternative School

Through a partnership with South Porter County Schools, Porter-Starke Services provides alternative school services to students attending the following schools:

• Boone Grove

• Hebron

• Kouts

• Morgan Township

• Washington Township

• Wheeler High Schools

Students of the alternative school receive:

• Two hours of educational instruction provided by a licensed teacher, and includes the use of computerized educational software.

• One hour of therapeutic social skill development facilitated by a Master's level therapist.

Referrals to the alternative school must be made by the student's home school principal.  Parents interested in these services should contact their home school in order to discuss eligibility.
