Porter-Starke Services is a community-focused, mental health services provider with offices in Valparaiso, Portage, Knox, La Porte, Gary & Hebron.
We offer a full range of care for adults, families, adolescents, and children with mental health or substance abuse issues. Our compassionate team of mental health professionals develop customized care plans that ensure the best possible care for each person’s unique situation.

Our team will lead you though an assessment over the phone or in-person collect information about your concern,and help determine your best course of treatment.

UPDATE 8/18/26: Power has been restored to the Porter-Starke Services Valparaiso Offices at 601 Wall St and 701 Wall St, Knox Office, Portage Office, Recovery Center Valparaiso, Recovery Center La Porte, Crisis Center, and Inpatient Care Center and all will be open on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
